soo it's been a while since i've made a post...

BUT....i can explain, i PROMISE!! lol see, other than preparing for teaching and studying for the PLT(teacher certification test) my summer hasn't really been all that exciting, well until...now...recently, I signed on to be an assistant band director for one of my former high schools so i've been helping with band camp for the past month or so... during the course of the time that i've been working with band, i had the opportunity to plan a mini vacay w one of my besties, princess stephy :) lol (and i kno that sounds so counterproductive) we went to myrtle beach. i mainly wanted to shop, but it seemed, she had other plans...lol anyways, regardless of our individual expectations for the trip, i think it was enjoyable for both of us...we stayed at Sea Mist Resort, which was a pretty nice hotel, btw..definitely cost enough...i absolutely LUV hotels...ppl think im weird for wanting to spend a good bit of time in them, but i mean, why not??!! I PAID FOR A ROOM!! and that cost includes way more than it being solely a roof over my head at night...smh....lol anyways, we shopped at Tanger Outlets and Coastal Grand Mall. i found some REALLY good deals!! the first thing i bought, other than food was my FAVORITE frangance of perfume, Mariah Carey's "Luscious Pink". it's usually super expensive, but i got a gift set for $30 which included a 1 oz bottle of perfume, a travel sized bottle and lotion. other things i purchased, were dress clothes from a QVC outlet and JCPenney, more perfume from my favorite store, Charlotte Russe and a few items from a beach supply store that we actually went to, prior to going to do this shopping. from this store i bought this sac-purse thing that was actually kinda expensive, but really came in handy and a coffee mug that i've fallin in LOVE with that has a matching spoon insert mug pic to kinda wrap up our trip, the last thing we did was go to the movies. we saw Ted, which was really funny, yet touching
